A Real-Time Mobile Intervention to Reduce Sedentary Behavior Before and After Cancer Surgery: Pilot Randomized Controlled Trial

For all participants, step counts decreased significantly, and mean and maximum SB bout duration increased significantly from before surgery to during inpatient recovery (Figure 2; step count: Ftime=60.5; P (A) Fitbit daily mean step count, (B) maximum sedentary bout duration, and (C) mean sedentary bout duration.
