Psychological Factors That Contribute to the Use of Video Consultations in Health Care: Systematic Review

As described by Sutherland et al [99], attitudes can be dependent on the context of use, with their findings showing HCPs were comfortable using video broadly, but not for completing assessments. Self-efficacy was identified as a pivotal construct that interacted with a range of attitudes toward and emotional responses from engaging in or delivering VCs.
