The SHe LL Editor enables the pasting of exact text from a resource into its reading level calculator to provide a specific reading level for text.
The ease of locating the resource was assessed by determining whether a resource appeared within the first 10 search results on the first page of results on Google. This is based on evidence suggesting the average internet user will only click on results appearing in the first 10 Google search results [36].

Diabetes and hypertension remain two of the most common chronic conditions globally, resulting in the highest health care resource use and mortality [2-4]. Type 2 diabetes prevalence has become a substantial health issue, especially in African regions where type 2 diabetes is predicted to increase at the quickest rate (129%) in the world by 2045 [5-7].

These findings emphasize that measures taken for resource reallocation were appropriate and fulfill the principles of distributive justice in public health ethics.
Locally, many measures were implemented to ensure that patients who needed urgent, prompt, or early elective surgical procedures were not deprived of this opportunity by having their procedures canceled or postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Regional Resource Assessment During the COVID-19 Pandemic in Italy: Modeling Study
In a previous study [22-24], we developed a preliminary model for resource planning; here, we present an extension of the model with a particular focus on the assessment of the predictions.
The model presented here has been assessed comparing the simulated and predicted resource values with the measured ones. The rapid diffusion trend in high-income countries’ populations and in cities with high density stressed the health structure in many countries.
