The SHe LL Editor enables the pasting of exact text from a resource into its reading level calculator to provide a specific reading level for text. The ease of locating the resource was assessed by determining whether a resource appeared within the first 10 search results on the first page of results on Google. This is based on evidence suggesting the average internet user will only click on results appearing in the first 10 Google search results [36].

The objective of this study was to demonstrate the impact of a digital COVID-19 ward on NHS resource use. Specifically, the study aimed to establish if the digital ward achieved its primary goal of freeing up beds and the extent to which it reduced or increased overall NHS resource use.

The Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgical Services in Singapore: Retrospective Quantitative Study

These findings emphasize that measures taken for resource reallocation were appropriate and fulfill the principles of distributive justice in public health ethics. Locally, many measures were implemented to ensure that patients who needed urgent, prompt, or early elective surgical procedures were not deprived of this opportunity by having their procedures canceled or postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Regional Resource Assessment During the COVID-19 Pandemic in Italy: Modeling Study

In a previous study [22-24], we developed a preliminary model for resource planning; here, we present an extension of the model with a particular focus on the assessment of the predictions. The model presented here has been assessed comparing the simulated and predicted resource values with the measured ones. The rapid diffusion trend in high-income countries’ populations and in cities with high density stressed the health structure in many countries.
