In June 2019, we refined this criterion to exclude people who owned physical activity trackers and had worn them in the past month; people who owned trackers but were not wearing them would still be eligible. The eligibility criterion that excluded people who owned and wore a physical activity tracker was completely removed in August 2019.
Between March 1, 2018, and March 17, 2020, a total of 240 patients were assessed for eligibility (Figure 1). Of these 240 people, 26.7% (64/240) declined to participate.

Web-Based Lifestyle Interventions for Prostate Cancer Survivors: Qualitative Study
Focus groups took place between May and June 2019; the median time from the end of the study to the focus group was 7 months (Table 1). Men received a US $25 gift card for participating in the focus group.

The validated Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health FFQ for adults from 2007 is administered at baseline, 3 months, and 6 months [68]. This 132-item survey assesses dietary intake in categories from “never or less than once per month” to “6 or more times per day.” The original survey asks about intake over the past year; we modified the survey for this study to ask about intake over the last month.
