In addition, we will assess multiple aspects of adolescent behavior and mental health using a standardized self-report questionnaire designed for adolescents [2-5].
Findings from this study will provide important information about the long-lasting functional consequences of maternal prenatal choline intake on offspring cognition.

Only 1 adolescent played it enthusiastically while hospitalized.
A total of 7 in the control group and 3 in the intervention group declined to participate, the latter indicating that an appealing intervention creates greater interest in participating. Two from the intervention group who declined to participate reported too much discomfort, and one (girl, 16 y) said it did not appeal to her. The remaining participants found it interesting to participate and were curious about the app.

The World Health Organization predicts that 1 in 8 children and adolescents aged 5 to 19 years will be obese by 2030, highlighting childhood and adolescent obesity as the most pressing public health issue of the 21st century [1]. Recent data show a substantial increase in the prevalence of obesity among Korean adolescents, rising from 15.1% in 2019 to 19% in 2021 [2].

The integration of digital phenotyping into TAU could support the enhancement of adolescent emotion regulation skills and increase engagement in forensic outpatient settings. Such disruptions could lead to long-term psychological and physiological impacts, highlighting the need to focus on adolescent mental health during the pandemic, given their vulnerability [4,5]. Therefore, it is important to understand the adolescent mental health status during COVID-19, given their susceptibility to mental health challenges.

Adolescent depression is a significant mental health crisis; 14.7% of the adolescent population reports at least one major depressive episode with severe impairment [1]. This trend predates the COVID-19 pandemic [2] and has continued apace [3]. The impact of adolescent depression is severe; a depressive episode leads to immediate debilitating effects plus long-term consequences [4], for example, impaired academic performance [5] and challenges in forming interpersonal relationships [6].

In another study on the BRAVE Self-Help program, an open-access CBT d MH program for child and adolescent anxiety, only 30% of the 4425 children and adolescents completed more than three sessions, with the greatest clinical improvements made by those users completing at least 6 of 10 sessions [4].
