Development and Pilot Testing of an Addiction Clinic–Based Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis Uptake and Adherence Intervention for Women with Substance Use Disorders: Protocol for a Pilot Randomized Trial

After completion of the four motivational sessions, the participant will be scheduled for their initial visit with the nurse practitioner in the CNRA, who will conduct a clinical assessment which will include fourth-generation HIV screening (ie, tests that detect both HIV antibodies and p24 antigens), screening for sexually transmitted infections, a basic metabolic panel to include serum creatinine, and hepatitis B and C screening. The nurse practitioner will review laboratory results.

An Internet-Based and Mobile Family Management Intervention for Mothers of Very Preterm Infants Hospitalized in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (the Preemie Progress Program): Pilot Randomized Controlled Trial

Mothers in both arms reported significant increases in condition (i.e.) management ability at 30 days after hospital discharge (C). Mothers in both arms reported significant decreases in family life difficulty 28 days after baseline and at 30 days post NICU discharge (D). Mothers in both arms reported statistically significant decreases in NICU-related stress (E) and statistically significant increases in parenting self-efficacy (Right) at 28 days post-baseline.
