Online Illicit Drug Distribution in the Thai Language on X: Exploratory Qualitative Content Analysis

Online Illicit Drug Distribution in the Thai Language on X: Exploratory Qualitative Content Analysis

The pandemic has accelerated the development and use of e-commerce and delivery or courier systems (eg, Grab, Lineman, etc), offering new alleys for drug distribution. The combination of quarantine and increased accessibility of drugs online has led numerous drug users to purchase their drug of choice through the internet. Results from the Global Drug Survey indicate that the percentage of respondents who have used any online platforms to purchase drugs went from 4.7% in 2014 to 15% in 2020 [24].

Deep Learning Radiomics Model Based on Computed Tomography Image for Predicting the Classification of Osteoporotic Vertebral Fractures: Algorithm Development and Validation

Deep Learning Radiomics Model Based on Computed Tomography Image for Predicting the Classification of Osteoporotic Vertebral Fractures: Algorithm Development and Validation

In China, a new OVF case is reported approximately every 17.4 seconds [1]. OVFs are linked to high disability and mortality rates [2]. Accurate classification of OVFs is widely recognized as critical for early diagnosis, treatment planning, and prognosis evaluation [3].

Development and Validation of a Large Language Model–Based System for Medical History-Taking Training: Prospective Multicase Study on Evaluation Stability, Human-AI Consistency, and Transparency

Development and Validation of a Large Language Model–Based System for Medical History-Taking Training: Prospective Multicase Study on Evaluation Stability, Human-AI Consistency, and Transparency

Finally, the stability of LLM-generated evaluations remains to be characterized, which is a critical factor for long-term application in teaching. To address these gaps, we developed the AI-Powered Medical History-Taking Training and Evaluation System (AMTES). This study describes its development and rigorously evaluates its dialog quality, evaluation stability, human-AI consistency, and transparency across 3 clinical cases of varying complexity.

Stepped Transition to Employment and Postsecondary Education Success (STEPS) for Adolescents and Adults with Autism: Community Implementation Pilot Trial

Stepped Transition to Employment and Postsecondary Education Success (STEPS) for Adolescents and Adults with Autism: Community Implementation Pilot Trial

The CFIR is a widely used implementation science framework that helps to elucidate barriers and facilitators to implementation across 5 domains: innovation (eg, the new program), the outer setting (eg, the state or broader system), the inner setting (eg, the delivery agency), individuals (eg, characteristics of providers), and the implementation process (eg, how to plan and deliver the program) [28].

Video and Telephone Telehealth Use and Web-Based Patient Portal Activation Among Rural-Dwelling Patients: Retrospective Medical Record Review and Policy Implications

Video and Telephone Telehealth Use and Web-Based Patient Portal Activation Among Rural-Dwelling Patients: Retrospective Medical Record Review and Policy Implications

Furthermore, the use of video versus audio-only telehealth modalities introduces a new dimension to access concerns. It remains unclear whether audio-only or telephone visits support the same care quality as video visits [25-28], and video use has been shown to vary by age [28-32], income [31,32], education [30-32], insurance [28,29,31,32], race and ethnicity [28-33], patient language [28,30,31,33], rurality [28,33,34], and area broadband availability [28,31].

A Robot-Delivered Training Program to Improve Children’s Mental Health and Resilience in Dutch Primary Schools: Pilot Intervention Study

The identified challenges with implementation and integration underscore the importance of considering practical barriers when introducing new programs into educational environments, such as primary schools. Both on a national and international scale, there is a shortage of teachers, leading to increased workload and corresponding limited resources [26,27].

A Machine Learning Approach for Identifying People With Neuroinfectious Diseases in Electronic Health Records: Algorithm Development and Validation

A Machine Learning Approach for Identifying People With Neuroinfectious Diseases in Electronic Health Records: Algorithm Development and Validation

These results demonstrate potential for broader application with further fine-tuning, with enhanced precision and interpretability offering significant advantages for NID phenotyping in clinical research. In our clinical experience, we have observed that unstructured clinical notes serve as a rich source of information crucial for ensuring clinical accuracy and care for NID patients.
