A Bonferroni correction was applied to all P values by multiplying each P value by 4, the number of tests conducted, to correct for multiple comparisons; a P value less than .05 was considered statistically significant after correction.
Timelines of OARS use were also described for MOUD providers and case managers. All analyses were conducted in R (version 4.2.1; R Foundation for Statistical Computing). All qualitative data were analyzed using a coding reliability thematic analysis approach [16].

Figure 1 shows the distribution of perceived xingfu and happiness scores. As both perceived xingfu and happiness peaked at scores of 7 (22%) and 8 (23%); therefore, perceived xingfu ≥7 was classified as high perceived xingfu in the logistic regression model.

Out of the 77 participants who participated in the intervention, 74 completed the 12-week intervention period, resulting in an attendance rate of 96.10% (74/77), with 36 in the intervention group and 38 in the control group. Among the 3 participants in the two groups who withdrew from the study, 2 participants in the intervention group reported health issues and lost interest, respectively, and 1 participant in the control group lost interest.

By defining 5 elements—state space (S), action space (A), state transition probability (P), reward function (R), and discount factor (γ)—the interaction process between the agent and the environment is transformed into a computable model [13]. In 2010, Alagoz et al [14] proposed using MDP to solve the problem of sequential clinical treatment under uncertainty, and subsequently more researchers have focused on clinical decision analysis in RL [15].
