The interrater agreement between the 2 reviewers (SZ and X Lan) was almost perfect, with κ scores of 0.85 (P PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses) flow diagram. COPD: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. This systematic review included 8 randomized controlled trials [9,15,28-33], conducted across 5 countries: China [9], the United States [29-31], Spain [15,28], Italy [32], and Colombia [33] with publication years ranging from 2009 to 2025 [32,33].

For survey data preprocessing, we standardized continuous variables using a Min-Max scaler and applied one-hot encoding to categorical variables. For actigraphy data, temporal pattern characteristics were extracted using an autoencoder. An autoencoder is a neural network composed of an encoder and a decoder, which enables automatic feature learning from unlabeled data [58]. Eight actigraphy features were extracted across the 4 designated periods.
