In studies that used questionnaires to assess women veterans’ reproductive health, standardized assessments were not used.

Specifically, the questionnaire sought to (1) characterize the sociodemographic profiles of adolescents and young people aged 15‐24 years attending HIV care clinics; (2) evaluate readiness to adopt a web-based health portal; (3) gather and prioritize feature preferences to tailor the portal to user needs; and (4) identify specific life-stage domains critical for inclusion in the portal’s content.

Based on the results of the focus group and the survey, the evaluation criteria were revised and finalized and ended up in a long questionnaire, which is described in the results section. The developed questionnaire was evaluated with apps from the following categories: (1) Nutrition, (2) Exercise, (3) Mental Health, and (4) Symptom Checker. These categories were chosen because they cover the main fields of healthy lifestyle.

The questionnaire’s content was developed based on qualitative data (interviews and focus group) from 7 CR professionals and literature on obstacles and potential application areas for DT in health care [21-23].

Assessing the Efficacy of the INTELLECT Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Mobile App for Anxiety and Depressive Symptoms Among At-Risk Japanese Employees: Randomized Controlled Trial

Participants were included in the trial if they met the following inclusion criteria: (1) mild to severe depressive symptoms on the Japanese version of Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) [31] with scores between 10 and 27, (2) aged 18 years or older, and (3) owning and able to use a smartphone/tablet device. Participants were initially introduced to the study through web-based advertisements disseminated from June 16, 2023, to October 31, 2023.

Designing Chatbots to Treat Depression in Youth: Qualitative Study

The study included a questionnaire, a semistructured interview, and a concurrent think-aloud session with a chatbot prototype. We chose interviews because they allowed us to gather rich, detailed data on participants’ problems, coping strategies, attitudes and expectations, and chatbot design preferences. Participants were eligible if they were between 14 and 17 years of age, owned a smartphone, and met diagnostic criteria for a current or remitted depressive episode.

The Effect of a Mobile App (eMOM) on Self-Discovery and Psychological Factors in Persons With Gestational Diabetes: Mixed Methods Study

To assess maternal motivation, we used 2 questionnaires based on the self-determination theory: the Treatment Self-Regulation Questionnaire (TSRQ) and the Perceived Competence Scale (PCS) for diabetes [24]. The TSRQ questionnaire assesses levels of autonomous versus controlled motivation, while the PCS measures perceived competence. Both questionnaires were administered at baseline (gestational weeks 24-28) and again between gestational weeks 35-37.

A CLIQ assessment questionnaire was then developed based on the CLIQ framework and further evidence from literature [21]. The questionnaire offers a pragmatic approach to assessing clinical information in DHTs based on relatable clinical scenarios. The framework and the accompanying questionnaire were revised via an international e Delphi study among 35 clinicians from 10 different countries [21].

A questionnaire was used to assess satisfaction with participation in the metaverse, and data were collected from September 15 to October 20, 2023, during the Blue Ribbon Campaign hosted by the Korean Urological Association and the Korean Urological Oncology Society. The study aimed to collect information about users’ awareness of their metaverse experience without imposing any restrictions on research participation.

Analyzing Satellite Imagery to Target Tuberculosis Control Interventions in Densely Urbanized Areas of Kigali, Rwanda: Cross-Sectional Pilot Study

In total, 10,423 persons were screened using Medi Scout (Savics, Belgium), a digitally supported questionnaire adapted from a previous study [8]. The screening and selection process was conducted by the local National TB Program after they were given access to the UDI map. The questionnaire (see Table S1 in Multimedia Appendix 1 for the list of questions) was composed of three sets of questions evaluating the symptoms, environment, and health history of the individual.
