Oncologists and advance practice providers (APPs) received training to deliver the telehealth SICP to their patients. Enrolled clinicians (oncologists and APPs) who cared for at least 1 older adult with AML or MDS in the past year were eligible.
This study was approved by the University of Rochester research subjects review board (STUDY00005809). Informed consent was obtained by all study participants, and data were deidentified to safeguard participant information.

The app gives oncologists and oncology nurses easy access to a range of features that aim to help them save time and improve the quality of patient care. The app’s key features are explained in Multimedia Appendix 2.
