Evaluating the Usability of an mHealth App for Empowering Cancer Survivors With Disabilities: Heuristic Evaluation and Usability Testing

To assess the effectiveness of the app design, following a similar approach to Adler et al [48], we evaluated task completion by having 2 independent coders review each recording and code whether the participants Completed the task quickly on their own (C) Completed the task on their own though it took a little longer (L) Needed help to complete the task (H) The coders achieved an agreement percentage of 87.5%. Any discrepancies were resolved through discussion.
