Liu and Yeo [22] conceptualized a framework, suggesting that web-based patient-provider communication via e Health technologies may improve patients’ quality of life through sequential mediators of patient-centered care and health management skills. Building on prior research, this study aims to examine the relationships among cancer survivors’ PAEHR portal use, PCC, health self-efficacy, and health outcomes. Moreover, the mediation roles of PCC and health self-efficacy were tested.
