During the coordination activity, MDT members had to repeatedly query and retrieve data from various HIS and EMR systems. These data were then compiled into Microsoft Word (Microsoft Corp) files containing diagnoses, radiology image reports, and pathological summaries, mostly in text format. During meetings, MDT members use their individual files and different information systems to present case details, which could lead to duplicate or inconsistent content among the different files.

As leaders in health care settings have made various investments, such as time, money, and manpower, in managing HIS [5], the multifaceted evaluation of whether end users can use the HIS skillfully and achieve satisfaction in functionality and usability would be increasingly important in the future [4,6].
Health care organizations can ensure effective HIS use and improve the quality of patient care by conducting evaluations of HISs.

Artificial Intelligence–Based Ethical Hacking for Health Information Systems: Simulation Study
Fortified Health Security, a leading organization in health care cybersecurity, reported that more than 400 health information system (HIS) providers had been breached, affecting approximately 13.5 million patients [4]. In such cases, cyberattackers not only destroy the HIS but also gain access to and can modify sensitive health records that may mislead medical diagnosis [5].
The research community and health care industry have long realized the urgency to protect HISs [6-12].

A health information system (HIS) is an intersection between health care business processes and information systems to deliver better health care services [1]. An effective and integrated HIS is the foundation of a strong health system and provides underpinnings for decision-making [2,3]. It has much to offer in managing health care costs and improving health care quality [4,5]. Effective decision-making to improve public health care essentially depends on the availability of reliable data [6].
