Despite extensive studies on sexual problems, most of the existing literature was from developed countries or early studies, and there is a lack of nationally representative, large sample and recent data on the prevalence and correlates of sexual response problems among older adults in China. Given China’s rapidly aging population [24,25], the sexual health of older adults is a growing concern.

Prompt Framework for Extracting Scale-Related Knowledge Entities from Chinese Medical Literature: Development and Evaluation Study

This study used only publicly available published papers from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure, which consist of academic literature and do not contain real patient information. Since the data is publicly accessible and does not involve human participants or private data, ethical approval was not required. Due to the lack of annotated datasets for knowledge entity recognition in Chinese medical scales, we constructed a manually annotated corpus from full-text medical journal papers.

Promoting Public Engagement in Palliative and End-of-Life Care Discussions on Chinese Social Media: Model Development and Analysis

Despite its importance, global public awareness and knowledge about PEo LC is limited [2-4], especially in China. Within the context of traditional Chinese culture, discussions about death and dying have historically been considered taboo [5]. As a result, individuals nearing the end of their lives often face societal and familial moral constraints, hindering their ability to autonomously make end-of-life decisions [6]. China has the largest aging population, with a notably increasing rate [7].
