Similarly, a study by Ana et al [38] noted that, while there are an increasing number of clinical trials aimed at increasing patient medication management through the use of an m Health app, many of these apps are removed from app stores after the trial ends. Thus potential resources remain out of patient reach. This was a scoping review rather than a systematic review; therefore, a quality assessment was not conducted for the studies meeting the inclusion criteria.
