Text back ‘H’ if you feel great, ‘M’ if you feel ok, and ‘L’ if you feel very tired.” Tailored feedback for the day’s activity was sent based on the participants’ responses. For example, if the participant replied “L,” they received the following message: “(1/2) You are going through a lot. Sometimes light exercise can help you feel better. (2/2) Walking or yoga are good options—try to do just 10 minutes today at an easy and comfortable pace and see if that helps!”
