A Lifestyle Intervention via Email in Minority Breast Cancer Survivors: Randomized Parallel-Group Feasibility Study

We utilized an evidence-based program entitled “A Lifestyle Intervention Via Email” (ALIVE) [36]. In previous research, ALIVE demonstrated improvements in moderate to vigorous physical activity and fruit and vegetable consumption as well as reductions in saturated and trans fat in a sample of healthy worksite employees. In this study, participants were randomized to either a physical activity or a dietary track.
