Real-World Treatment Sequences and Outcomes Among Patients With Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (RESOUNDS) in the United States: Study Protocol

Real-World Treatment Sequences and Outcomes Among Patients With Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (RESOUNDS) in the United States: Study Protocol

Two scenarios were modeled: (1) the median survival is 6 months in group A and 9 months in group B, and (2) median survival times are 6 months in group A and 12 months in group B. Other assumptions include 12 months of accrual and 12 months of follow-up. Table 1 presents the sample sizes from 10-300 with their resulting power assuming equal number of patients in each treatment group, significance level at .05 in a two-sided test, and assuming no loss to follow-up.
