The data from this study and the customized program provided the basis for a new scheduled smoking smartphone app designed to run on the current Android platform. This program is currently being tested and will be the subject of a future study. A clinical version (nonresearch) will be made available for download following testing.

Physical activity was measured using a 3-item modified version of the Godin Leisure Time Exercise Questionnaire [31]. This measure produces a weekly leisure activity score based on participants’ weekly frequency of strenuous, moderate, and light physical activity.
