Feasibility and Acceptability of a Physical Activity Tracker and Text Messages to Promote Physical Activity During Chemotherapy for Colorectal Cancer: Pilot Randomized Controlled Trial (Smart Pace II)

Kim et al [24] reported that a home-based exercise intervention with weekly supervised components (counseling or training sessions) significantly increased self-reported moderate physical activity from 97 minutes per week at enrollment to 325 minutes per week at 12 weeks, with no change observed among the controls. These data are consistent with previous findings from our team in a study of men with prostate cancer.
