Transition of a Text-Based Insulin Titration Program From a Randomized Controlled Trial Into Real-World Settings: Implementation Study

Paired t tests were used to examine whether there were significant within-group changes in Hb A1c and FBG for the MITI group between baseline and at the end of MITI program. A two-sided P Figure 1 displays patient flow through MITI. Across the 2 sites, providers referred 170 patients to the MITI program—129 of whom (75.9%) were eligible. Of these, 113 (87.6%) enrolled.
