To Sleep, a 6-week self-directed web version of CBTi [16] previously developed by Dr Michelle Drerup that has enrolled over 1500 patients with insomnia. Cecebot was developed with an iterative design process that involved recruiting individuals who have survived BC and conducting multiple rounds of interviews and user testing to tailor the intervention for this population.
