The 5 principles of the Collaborative Care Model are evidence-based care, measurement-based treatment to target, population health management, accountable care, and team-based care [49]. Practices with integrated mental health clinicians can maximize the impact of digital mental health tools by integrating digital information and interventions into the course of clinical care.

Because of the different modes of administration of these treatments, each group receives both an injection and oral tablets. The study therefore comprises three arms: (1) a “toxin” group treated with an injection of botulinum toxin and placebo oral baclofen; (2) a “baclofen” group treated with oral baclofen and an injection of placebo botulinum toxin; and (3) a double “placebo” group treated with placebo oral baclofen and an injection of placebo botulinum toxin.

A collaborative initiative between the HCFMUSP and the UK Government’s Better Health Program developed a Digital PHC proof of concept. This initiative focused on implementing telemedicine service in Santarem, Pará, Brazil, due to the lack of health care services in remote areas. This included teletraining medical and multiprofessional teams to independently operate in telemedicine service, adapting to the specific challenges and realities of the Brazilian context [8].

However, to the best of our knowledge, few studies have tested the implementation of a VR HMD exercise program for children with disabilities in high school, particularly using the latest HMD, the Meta Quest 3.
The purpose of this 1-year feasibility study was to work with a community engagement group to develop and test the implementation of a VR HMD exergaming program for children with special needs at a high school.

For example, an early pilot trial indicated that in-person, group-based meditation was acceptable and generally feasible among officers in the juvenile legal system [10]. However, in-person groups are resource-intensive, face limited instructor availability, and often conflict with the shifting demands of officers’ daily schedules.

The 10/66 Dementia Research Group study [25] highlights the high cost of dementia for health systems and the negative mental health impacts on women in LMICs, who are often primary caregivers for people with dementia [26]. This underscores the need for further research on dementia diagnosis and care in LMICs and for directing it effectively toward impactful decision-making.

Interviews were audiotaped, transcribed verbatim, and analyzed using the software program NVivo (QSR International) [14]. One researcher (WL) independently analyzed the data, and another researcher (E Mathijsen) reviewed the analysis. Two researchers (WL and E Mathijsen) used several methods to ensure reliability and validity [15-17]. Discrepancies and remarks were discussed until they reached a consensus about data interpretations. Memos were made to track research decisions during analysis.
