These included specific populations, such as people in quarantine areas, recovered patients, older adults, new mothers, tuberculosis and patients with hepatitis C, and ethnic minority groups.
Throughout the project, communications between the teams at all 3 sites (Vietnam, Nepal, and Indonesia) occurred weekly through Zoom (Zoom Communications). This involved discussions around the initial project setup, development of data collection forms and processes, and data quality checks.

We used statistical process control c Charts [18] to identify changes in enrollment and engagement over time. We used descriptive statistics to summarize categorical information from survey responses. We conducted descriptive statistics with SPSS (version 28; IBM Corp). Subgroup analyses were not conducted due to the small sample size. Missing data were excluded on an analysis-by-analysis basis.
