Perceptions of Stigma Among Patients With Hepatitis B in Germany: Cross-Sectional Survey
The statistical significance level was set at P
For our analysis, a literature review and hypotheses derived from our previous qualitative study determined predictor selection (hypotheses above). In addition, the sample-size and predictor ratio a priori determines variable selection for regression modeling. According to Harrell, a fitted regression model is likely to be reliable when P

Home Monitoring in Interstitial Lung Disease: Protocol for a Real-World Observational Study
A P value of
The study design and protocol have been registered and peer-reviewed as a quality improvement project in the 2 participating centers (GSTT reference 13660 and RDU reference 24-1378), as per local Trust policies. All patients will provide informed consent to participate in home monitoring and be included in data analysis. All patients will be able to opt out at any time and return to standard care.

In the Numberlink (NL) puzzle task [39], the SUS average was 93.38 (SD 5.72) for young adults, 93.33 (SD 6.25) for older adults, 83.39 (SD 11.79) for the oldest adults, 81.88 (SD 9.66) for people with PD, and 83.12 (SD 10.68) for those with HD. These scores reflected a statistically significant difference in usability ratings between groups (P=.02).

These variables were fitted to an LR model within the test data D2 to calculate model estimates (odds ratios, 95% CIs, and P values). Odds ratios for main effects in the presence of interaction terms were calculated using the analytical formula presented in Multimedia Appendix 2. All analyses were conducted using SAS (version 9.4; SAS Institute Inc) and R (version 4.0.3; R Foundation for Statistical Computing).
