Development of a Framework for Youth- and Family-Specific Engagement in Research: Proposal for a Scoping Review and Qualitative Descriptive Study

We will use inductive thematic analysis, as described by Braun and Clarke [51,52], which is consistent with the pragmatic orientation of this research [53]. Codes and themes will be refined through discussion with the larger research team. The software program NVivo (version 14; Lumivero) will be used during the analysis of the transcripts to help organize the codes. Multiple aspects of trustworthiness will be used [54].
