These records were obtained from the Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Neurophysiology, and Traumatology units at Juan Ramón Jiménez Hospital in Huelva, Spain. The selection of documents was based on patient records rather than predefined time intervals. Consequently, the temporal coverage of the dataset corresponds to the full range of available clinical documentation for each patient.

Additionally, personally identifiable information is anonymized or de-identified wherever possible to safeguard participant privacy. Each eligible participant will receive compensation of approximately HK$ 190 (US $25) for their participation in the study.
Participants will be randomized after the baseline assessment using computer-generated block randomization with a 1:1 allocation ratio within pre-established blocks of 90 participants.
