Following the launch of the dashboard, we conducted a cross-sectional study targeting adults older than 18 years who lived or worked in Cayuga County using a 20-question online Qualtrics survey [20].
We conducted 2 phases of participant recruitment, resulting in a convenience sample. During the initial recruitment phase, spanning from May to August 2023, participants were offered a US $10 Amazon gift card as an incentive.

All patients were assigned to a single-arm treatment group involving a high-dose, home-based training program (Figure 1 A–B). For the purposes of this work, we consider a high-dose program to be one that achieves a total dosage above 20 hours scheduled time, as these doses are generally considered to deliver outcomes above the minimum clinically important difference [2,5,29]. Overall, the program goal was to deliver 36 hours of training during the program.

For this reason, we frame our problem in terms of a multilabel document classification task [6] where operative notes take on a series of binary labels as to whether or not a certain intraoperative finding (eg, bleeding and contamination) or technique (eg, bowel resection, hand-sewn anastomosis, and style of fascial closure) occurred during the case.

Stroke is a leading cause of adult disability [1]; despite advances in acute treatments, the need for neurorehabilitation continues [2,3]. Stroke-related impairments can lead to difficulties in performing meaningful activities, such as showering or preparing a meal, and problems in participating more broadly in life, such as maintaining a home.

Compared to women who have not experienced violence, those exposed to IPV against women report a higher prevalence of fibromyalgia, abdominal pain, genitourinary tract pain, pelvic and genital pain, headaches (including migraines), and back and neck pain [19-22]. A study conducted with 108 male and female patients with CP attending a rehabilitation center found that 56% had a current or past history of IPV, with more than 80% being women. Nearly 30% had experienced IPV within the previous year [23].
