The study adhered to the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of Hong Kong Baptist University (FRG2/17-18/099). Participants signed an informed consent form. As an incentive, participants received a 50 RMB (US $6.94) telephone recharge card for participating in and completing the 3-wave data collection. Data were anonymized and deidentified. This randomized controlled trial (RCT) included 2 groups: an IG and a CG.
