Both interventions contain 10 modules of stress management education material and exercises delivered through text, sound, video, and images/pictures [65]. After 1 module is completed, there is a 3-day delay before the next module is available. The purpose of this delay is to encourage the participant to spend time reflecting and practicing previous content and exercises.
