Post text: A few days ago, my neighborhood had an unexpected power outage (no storm or anything to indicate it was going to happen, there was just a bang and everything was off) for a little over four hours. I have major anxiety about food going bad – when I am at the grocery, I put refrigerated food into an insulated bag and keep it in the bag until I am at home putting the groceries away and I still feel like the food has gone bad.
