To identify different states of frailty, the sit-to-stand test was used, and relative power was calculated using the equations validated by Losa-Reyna et al [16]. Using the cutoff points determined by Losa-Reyna et al [22], participants were classified into 3 groups: frail, prefrail, and robust. This test was performed in the health center’s office.
