JMIR Cancer Receives New Journal Impact Factor

(Toronto, ON, June 19, 2025) JMIR Publications is pleased to announce that JMIR Cancer has received a Journal Impact Factor of 2.7, as published in Journal Citation Reports 2025 from Clarivate.

This achievement highlights the importance of research on patient-centered innovations, education, and technology for cancer care, cancer survivorship, and cancer research.

This year’s Journal Impact Factor (2024 data) for JMIR Cancer reflects the high-quality and impactful research contributed by the published authors, the rigorous work of peer reviewers, and the dedication of editors and journal staff. JMIR Cancer also recently received a 2024 CiteScore of 5.9, ranking in Q2 in the Oncology category—the journal's top-ranked category. CiteScore is a 4-year average of citations, based on Elsevier Scopus data.
